Hi, welcome to my brain.
My first role after grad school was as a team of one for a startup going through hockey-stick growth, with a big mandate and no actual budget. So I built a system for getting the people at the top (and the companies they lead) known: finding the right rooms, getting them invited in, and carrying every appearance everywhere it should go. It ran every week, without burning anyone out. And this was pre-AI.
I've run some version of it ever since, on brands including Dell, Adobe, ESPN, Citrix and Time Warner Cable, and never did I have a budget that matched the mandate. Today it's rebuilt for the way people find answers now, and runs as an integrated, always-on visibility system that can be installed.
